The Oops Spicy Splendor is made entirely from an old Bordelaise variety that's been famously adopted by Chile, this savoury value-priced Carmenere suggests red plum and briary berries roasted red bell peppers and grilled herbs, smoked spice and dark cocoa aromas. Sweet and succulent it has freshness and structure, a wonderful weekday dinner red with roasted veggies, hearty stews and soups or grilled meats.
